WHAT ARE PSPA FILES?

  • It is a file package that is intended to flow into most yearbook software.
  • The PSPA package contains the portrait images (small jpg files) saved into one or more folders and a data file saved as “index.txt” that contains the student or staff names and other info.

HOW DO I USE PSPA FILES?

  • Download from the Client Portal under the Downloads & Shipments tab.
  • The download is provided as a compressed zip file and needs to be UN-zipped before uploading to your yearbook software.
  • To upload PSPA files into most yearbook software programs, you can click a button within the software interface. The software will prompt you to select the “index.txt” file, and upon selection, it will automatically import and process the images and associated data.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE PSPA FILES?

They are provided in a zip file accessible through your Client Portal under the Downloads & Shipments tab. Don’t forget to unzip the file after you have downloaded it.

Important Note: The folder structure and data files provided in the PSPA download are not intended to be accessed individually. Instead, they are meant to be imported by the yearbook software of your choice.

If you have questions or need specific image file specifications, consult your school's yearbook coordinator and reach out to your Account Manager.
