SCHOLARSHIP CODES

If your school has scholarship codes as part of your contract, you will find them in the "Download and Shipments" section of the portal.

Each school determines eligibility criteria and provides the one-time use codes to specific families. SGP does not assign codes directly to students but provides the contracted number of codes to the school, which should use their own system to distribute the codes accordingly. 

Students can enter their unique scholarship code at checkout to receive a discount on their order.

NOTIFICATION

When scholarship codes are available, an email will be sent to the Picture Day contact with instructions on how to access the codes.

REDEEMING CODES

Each code has a specific monetary value that will be deducted from the total during checkout. This value may not correspond to the value of any specific items, including gifts and packages.

The checkout redemption process is the same for all codes, including discount codes and scholarship codes. Once a scholarship code is used, it cannot be used again. Important to note is that only one code can be used per order.
