How to Download from a PASS Gallery
HOW TO DOWNLOAD FROM A PASS GALLERY
If you were sent to PASS Gallery for an event with unlimited downloads, here are the steps to take on desktop computers and mobile devices.
Note: Pass galleries are NOT used for our school pictures. If you need help with accessing or purchasing images of your school photos, please click the question mark below to send us a message.
Desktop Download
Downloading one image at a time
- Hover over the image and click the Download button in the bottom left corner, next to the heart
- Image will automatically download to your Downloads folder on your computer
Downloading multiple (selected) images or entire collection at a time:
- Heart all images you would like to download
- Click Download icon on top of the gallery and choose an option to either download:
- Multiple Selections (the hearted images will appear)
- Download All Photos High Res
- Follow instructions depending on whether you want to wait or be notified when download is ready
Mobile Download
- Slowly scroll down until you see the images appear & you’ll see SELECT in the top right corner; click SELECT
- Go through the photos & click on each image you want to download to make your selections
- Once you’ve made at least 1 selection, ‘Download and Share’ will appear at the bottom of the screen
- Click Download button and a new screen will appear, Download Photos
- Click Download to Mobile
- On the new screen, click "photos.zip (# images)" and a popup will appear for you to download the photos at the bottom right corner of the screen
- Once the files have downloaded, click on “Open in..” in bottom right corner of the screen
- On iPhones, Save to Files app
- Make sure to rename the folder if you have other “photos” folders saved in your Files app
- To unzip files on Android, use Files by Google or another file manager app to locate and extract the contents of the ZIP file
- Click it to unzip it, and a folder will be created, containing your images. The title of the folder will correspond to the gallery title, usually "SELECTS"
