How to Download from a PASS Gallery

HOW TO DOWNLOAD FROM A PASS GALLERY

If you were sent to PASS Gallery for an event with unlimited downloads, here are the steps to take on desktop computers and mobile devices. 

Note: Pass galleries are NOT used for our school pictures. If you need help with accessing or purchasing images of your school photos, please click the question mark below to send us a message.  

Desktop Download

Downloading one image at a time (web-size only)

• Click on download icon in photo  while in light box gallery view
• Image will automatically download to the folder you have designated in your browser

Downloading multiple (selected) images or entire collection at a time:

• Heart all images you would like to download
• Click Download icon on top of gallery and choose option to either download
  • Multiple Selections (the hearted images will appear)
  • Download All Photos High Res
• Follow instructions depending on whether you want to wait or be notified when download is ready

Mobile Download

• Click the carrot next to "Download to Mobile" to show the zip folder with the # of selections you want to download
• Click "photos.zip" and a popup will appear asking where you wish to "Open in"
• On iPhones, Save to Files app
• To unzip files on Android, use Files by Google or another file manager app to locate and extract the contents of the ZIP file
• Click it to unzip it, and a folder will be created, containing your images. The tile of the folder will correspond to the gallery title, usually "SELECTS"
