How to Make A Signup Form for Makeup / Retake Day
Follow the instructions below or watch this quick tutorial on how to create a signup form for Makeup Day. Your Account Manager will add your signup form on your school’s Picture Day Page once this form is created and added to the Client Portal. For any questions or additional help, contact your Account Manager.

You will need a Gmail account and be logged into your Google Drive account to save this form. Many of our schools set up a Gmail account just for picture day. For instance, schoolnamepictureday@gmail.com
- Click to create your Retake/Makeup Form OR Retake/Makeup/Siblings Form if you have arranged to offer sibling photos with your Account Manager
- Click the "MAKE A COPY" button
- Fill in the info in <brackets> with your school's specific info (School Name and Makeup Date)
- Press the purple “Send” or “Publish” button to find the link to this form.
- Copy this link and add it to the “Update Makeup Link” portion of your Client Portal.
Is your form Private or Public?
By default, your form may be restricted to certain users. To ensure anyone with the link can access it, follow these steps:
- Open the form in your Google Drive.
- Click on the "PUBLISHED" button in the upper-right corner.
- In the settings, click "Manage" next to Responder access.
- Change the access setting to "Anyone with the link".
- Click "Done" to save the changes.
Managing Signups & Responses
- Close signups: 3 days before Makeup/Retake Day, toggle off "Accepting Responses" in the Responses tab.
- Check responses: Click on the RESPONSE link at the top of the form at any time.
